Get enough physical activity
Getting enough physical activity is the first step in losing your face and overall fat. Any kind of physical will be enough. Though a research concluded that running is the best way to lose fat. If you haven't had much physical activity lately, start with taking a walk everyday for at least half an hour. Move to jogging/running. Personally, I'm not a fan of gymming but you could try it. Playing sports is a fun way to lose fat, stay healthy and reduce stress.

Stay active
Don't sit or stand at one place for long and when you are not indulging in any type of physical activity, indulge in mental activity, read, write, paint, do anything you like. Move!
Stay hydrated
Drink water and other healthy beverages like herbal tea and juices. Whether caffeine dehydrates or not is very conflicting. Figure out if it dehydrates you or not and if it does, reduce it's intake. Caffeine probably differs person to person. You must have heard that you should drink 8 glasses of water everyday but studies regarding that are conflicting too. Consuming juice, soup, hydrating fruits may complete your requirement of water but to be on the safer side, drink lots of water as well.
